Refund policy

Exchanges Only

At Hottie's Hot Hair we aim to please our customers.  Our main focus is to provide hair, and supplies that you are pleased with. Unfortunately, we have a no return only exchange policy.  In order to receive an exchange the item must be mailed for exchange in its original condition and packaging within five business days.  We will only be able to issue that exchange after the product has been returned to us, and inspected by Hotties Hot Hair so that we can verify that the hair hasn't been tampered with. No refunds or exchanges on clothing.
